Welcome to Woods Cottage and the Tournerbury Woods micro estate. On this web site you will find details of one of the South Coast's most unique self catering holiday cottages, a stunning four bedroom residence set in it's own private 50 acre wooded grounds with direct water access to Chichester Harbour and the Solent.

Woods Cottage is situated in the Chichester Harbour Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Hampshire / West Sussex county border, just 70 miles from central London and benefitting from the new £350 million A3 tunnel. The cottage has recently undergone complete refurbishment and is available for rental all year round for short and long breaks.

Our unique position is ideal for exploring the local area, with plenty to do and see, from the Roman market town of Chichester and it's iconic 'Festival Theatre' that attracts leading names of screen and stage, the nearby South Downs National Park and the Goodwood Estate's Festival of Speed, horse racing and golf to the historic Naval dockyards of Portsmouth with ships like Nelson's HMS Victory and The Mary Rose. Day trips to the Isle of Wight are easily possible, whether you get there at high speed by chartering our power boat 'Monkey Puzzle' or use the more conventional (and sedate) ferry services from Portsmouth.
